rip rowan - thanks very much for the reply to my thread: "any way to monitor incoming sound . . ." Thanks for the info, i didn't know this- most of my background is analog and i'm still struggling with digital.

my appologies for starting a new thread for something i should have "replied to" BUT, i 'm new to the prorec forum and could not fiure out how to reply to your msg. did not see a link for "reply'. would app it if someone would tell me where it is so i won't have to do this again.
