mini iso booth / DIY reflexion filter
Modified By darjama on 1/29/2008 10:51:30 AM)

I was inspired to try and put together a cheaper alternative for the SE Electronics Reflexion Filter, since I've sought to reduce the room tone from the closet I call a home recording studio. Someone on the Tape-Op message board  had suggested using these 1' square mini-panels from ATS to do it.

So, I attached 2 of these panels together with a couple hinges from home depot and attached them to a stand using a clamp:

It seems to offer a decent  improvement. I'll try to post some samples later this week.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a more elegant way to attach it to a stand?
